Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management, IT leadership, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, APIs, cloud, databases, and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, SQL, Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in architecture, design, and code review.
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT products.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Translate needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize based on value and dependencies.
• Drive implementation and rollout of new applications.
• Serve as escalation point for product-related issues.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and release coordination.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
• Identify automation opportunities and modernization efforts.
• Support vendor evaluations and technology assessments.
