Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise apps, systems integration, APIs, cloud, databases, ELT, and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Participate in lightweight architecture reviews, design, and code review.
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT products.
• Collaborate with leaders, users, architects, developers, and infra to gather requirements.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize by value, risk, and dependencies.
• Drive rollout of new applications and coordinate releases.
• Serve as escalation point for product issues.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
• Identify automation opportunities and tech modernization.
• Support vendor evaluations and tech assessments.
