Job summary

Roche in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Technical Product Lead to own the assigned product through its lifecycle, ensuring quality, supply, compliance and cost management. You will lead the Squad, manage risks, and be the final decision-maker for prioritization and resources.

You will drive a product-wide production capacity plan, interact with suppliers and internal teams, and navigate IVD/medical device regulatory standards to maintain rigorous product documentation and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 1-3 years of product leadership experience.
• Proven PLM experience: quality, supply, and cost management.
• Experience in External Manufacturing and supplier interaction.
• Experience in IVD/medical device environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle across quality, supply, compliance and cost.
• Develop and implement a product-wide production capacity plan and business cases.
• Manage Squad budget (OPEX/CAPEX) and SMC cost accounts to identify savings.
• Chair the Squad, lead prioritization and resource allocation; manage stakeholders.
