Roche in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Technical Product Lead to own the assigned product through its lifecycle, ensuring quality, supply, compliance and cost management. You will lead the Squad, manage risks, and be the final decision-maker for prioritization and resources.
You will drive a product-wide production capacity plan, interact with suppliers and internal teams, and navigate IVD/medical device regulatory standards to maintain rigorous product documentation and performance.

As the Technical Product Lead you will be fully accountable for the assigned product throughout its lifecycle, covering quality, supply, compliance, and cost management. In this role, you will ensure overall Squad / Product Team performance and manage product/production risks and issues, while holding full accountability for the Squad budget (OPEX/CAPEX).
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Branchburg, NJ is 113,000.00 - 209,800.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
