Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Debit Card Fraud Prevention.
• Own product direction across transaction-level fraud prevention and real-time fraud interdiction capabilities throughout the debit card lifecycle.
• Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products or one strategic technical product.
• Participate in the design and continuous improvement of technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
• Coach technical product teams toward best practices and learnings.
• Ensure delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues and support or drive escalations.
• Lead planning, development, and implementation of new technical products.
• Define and analyze technical markets, develop product features and requirements, and create implementation plans.
• Employ qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to improve the user experience.
• Provide recommendations for business planning and departmental prioritization.
• Participate in engineering practices including development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
• Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties.
