Job summary

HIGH BRIDGE CONSULTING LLC represents a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology client seeking a Technical Product / Program Lead. This fully remote role demands strategic leadership to transform knowledge management from a repository into a measurable, AI-enabled ecosystem.

You will architect the roadmap for agentic capabilities, guide development and prototyping of AI agents, and ensure governance, security and scalable delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience taking enterprise AI/Generative AI/agentic solutions from concept to production and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, enterprise/semantic search and agentic architectures.
• Experience designing/directing agent workflows, retrieval and grounding for trusted enterprise information.
• Experience integrating enterprise knowledge/data via APIs, connectors and retrieval pipelines.
• Deep understanding of knowledge architecture, taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle and governance.
• Ability to measure content quality, retrieval effectiveness and AI reliability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with engineering teams.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and roadmap for agentic capabilities.
• Lead or support development/prototyping of AI agents grounded in enterprise knowledge.
• Design how multiple agents and AI capabilities work together.
• Establish retrieval, grounding, integration, security and evaluation standards for production.
• Collaborate with technical resources to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical use cases.
