Bridgenext is seeking an AI Technical Lead to design, build, and deliver production-grade AI solutions. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and MCP, with a focus on secure, scalable cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.

You will mentor engineers, establish reusable patterns, and guide architecture from proposal through production, balancing rapid experimentation with production code quality. Remote contract with US/Canada clients in Eastern timezone.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Proficient in Python, C#/.NET, and/or TS/JS, with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, SQL/NoSQL, CI/CD.
• Strong hands-on Azure experience and enterprise app architecture.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Foundry/Azure AI services, and related frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record delivering Generative AI/LLM solutions and production deployments.
• Experience designing MCP-based enterprise integrations and agent/tool orchestration.
• Ability to lead teams, review designs, and mentor engineers.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Architect prompt design, context handling, tool calls, and memory for reliable outputs.
• Build MCP servers/clients to securely connect AI agents with apps and data.
• Define cost-efficient, observable Azure-based cloud architectures with security guardrails.
• Evaluate AI tooling and platforms; prototype and assess new models and frameworks.
• Establish AI security practices, governance, and Responsible AI implementations.
• Provide technical leadership and code reviews across AI, software, and data teams.
• Drive client workshops, solutioning and pre-sales activities as required.
