The Technical Product Engineer is a full-time hybrid-office customer-facing role responsible for supporting NetQuest’s OMX3200 and Streaming Network Sensor (SNS) products. In this role, the engineer works directly with customers and develops a broad product expertise. Daily tasks may include troubleshooting complex network and system issues, validating product performance in lab and field environments, and preparing technical documentation and support materials. The Technical Product Engineer assists with customer deployments, provides technical guidance on integrating NetQuest solutions into existing infrastructures, and communicates feedback from customer engagements to drive continuous product improvement.
