You will establish delivery governance, drive CI/CD maturity, manage vendor relationships, and align delivery with SEARHC’s patient experience and security requirements.

Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years in technical delivery leadership, strong executive communication, and experience in regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in technical delivery leadership or program delivery.
• Experience leading multi-team delivery and CI/CD governance improvements.
• Strong security/privacy understanding in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery operating model and governance across portfolios.
• Coordinate DevOps/engineering release pipelines and environments.
• Lead backlog refinements and ensure testable user stories.
