Position Summary:

The Technical Product Analyst plays a key role in the successful delivery of enterprise systems, process improvements, and customer-facing products and services. This position works closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other business stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, smooth delivery processes, and customer satisfaction. The role offers considerable exposure to senior leadership and contributes directly to the planning and execution of strategic initiatives

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to Sr. Manager of Product & Business Analysis.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and business analysts to understand project goals and define comprehensive technical specifications.
  • Document business and functional requirements, current and future state processes, and propose improvements where applicable.
  • Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement activities.
  • Facilitate and/or participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Translate business rules into technical artifacts for development, QA, and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform end-to-end business acceptance testing and ensure traceability from requirements through testing.
  • Support the development of ClearCaptions and ClearWellness customer solutions through effective documentation and communication.
  • Partner with SMEs and department leads to assess change impacts and lead operational readiness activities for new software, product, or report deployments.
  • Analyze and visualize workflows, data relationships, and process performance.
  • Prepare and present findings, documentation, and demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as test engineer, software engineer, business analyst, systems analyst, product owner, or product manager.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and hands-on experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working within an API-driven architecture, including creating technical design documentation and UML diagrams (e.g., sequence and activity diagrams).
  • Proven ability to define and document business and functional requirements in a way that supports application development and testing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation and elicitation skills with experience leading discussions and building consensus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the role of product owner and ability to support agile product delivery teams.
  • Experience preparing test cases and participating in QA/UAT activities.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Great Plains.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and corporate IT systems.
  • Background in the Telecom or Telephony industry.
  • Understanding of network architecture, security/firewall configurations, and hybrid/cloud infrastructures.
  • Experience with Azure data structures.
  • IIBA training or certification.
  • Experience supporting senior or hard-of-hearing customers is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%); will include some overnighttravel.
  • Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

Physical Demands:

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)
Keyboarding (40-60%)
Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%)

100% Remote: Work environment is at home.

Compensation:
