Job summary

SaidGig seeks engineers to craft high-quality technical inputs to train next-generation AI systems. Work across aerodynamics, materials science, CAD, circuit design and mechanical engineering, with no need for prior AI experience.

You will author and evaluate problems, review AI responses for accuracy, and provide clear feedback and documentation. Remote collaboration and timely delivery are essential in this contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant engineering discipline or substantial industry experience.
• 8+ years in aerodynamics, circuit design, or mechanical engineering; 5+ years for CAD/mechanical design.
• 5+ years hands-on technical experience in your specialty such as mechanical design, aerodynamic analysis, materials selection, or circuit/system development.
• Experience authoring technical problems (olympiad committees, licensure exam item writing, standards committees).
• Publications, patents, recognized awards, competition results, or committee service demonstrating technical rigor.
• Professional-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, CAD suites, CFD/FEA software, EDA tools or laboratory equipment.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while delivering high-quality work on schedule.

• Experience authoring technical problems, such as through olympiad problem committees, licensure exam item writing, academic qualifying exams, standards committees, or technical competition leadership.
• Flagship publications, patents, recognized industry awards, competition results, or committee service demonstrating technical rigor.
• Professional-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant engineering tools, including AutoCAD, CAD suites, CFD or FEA software, EDA tools, or laboratory equipment.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while delivering high-quality work within required timelines.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications. Time required per task varies by experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of tasks submitted each week.
• Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding process.

Compensation

$60 to $110 per hour.
