Job summary

You will author and evaluate problems, review AI responses for accuracy, and provide clear feedback and documentation. Remote collaboration and timely delivery are essential in this contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant engineering discipline or substantial industry experience.
• 8+ years in aerodynamics, circuit design, or mechanical engineering; 5+ years for CAD/mechanical design.
• 5+ years hands-on technical experience in your specialty such as mechanical design, aerodynamic analysis, materials selection, or circuit/system development.
• Experience authoring technical problems (olympiad committees, licensure exam item writing, standards committees).
• Publications, patents, recognized awards, competition results, or committee service demonstrating technical rigor.
• Professional-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, CAD suites, CFD/FEA software, EDA tools or laboratory equipment.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Author and evaluate advanced technical problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated technical responses for correctness, accuracy, and engineering relevance.
• Apply practical judgment to design, analysis, and failure scenarios and theoretical problems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex domain-specific issues, identify ambiguities, and clarify technical statements.
• Provide structured feedback and clear written/verbal explanations to strengthen AI learning.
• Collaborate remotely with technical experts and project participants to deliver high-quality domain input.
• Document insights and recommendations to support continuous model improvement.
