  • Collaborative environment: Work directly with senior leadership, Project Managers, architects, consultants, and third-party production teams to improve how projects are delivered.

  • Long-term career progression: Opportunity to grow into a broader leadership position, potentially progressing to Director of Technical Practice as the firm expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and govern firmwide Revit templates, technical standards, documentation protocols, and project delivery procedures.

  • Create and organize standardized wall types, assemblies, architectural details, annotations, schedules, sheet standards, and digital content libraries.

  • Lead the development of a structured, searchable Revit detail library, including the conversion of legacy CAD details into a consistent Revit-based system.

  • Establish BIM standards, project setup procedures, model organization requirements, and BIM execution planning practices.

  • Support Project Managers with project startup, model strategy, coordination requirements, and technical delivery planning.

  • Coordinate BIM collaboration practices with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, interior design, and specialty consultants.

  • Support Revit worksharing environments and cloud-based collaboration platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM Collaborate.

  • Develop and implement milestone-based quality assurance and quality control procedures for Design Development and Construction Document phases.

  • Conduct periodic model health reviews, drawing-set reviews, and technical assessments to identify coordination issues, documentation gaps, and constructability concerns.

  • Establish feedback processes that incorporate lessons learned during Construction Administration into future documentation standards and project workflows.

  • Develop and lead Revit onboarding, staff training sessions, workshops, and ongoing technical support for team members at varying experience levels.

  • Create practical reference guides, project startup instructions, training materials, and technical documentation to improve consistency across project teams.

  • Develop workflows and quality requirements for third-party Revit production partners, including onboarding, model setup, file exchange, communication, and review procedures.

  • Review externally produced work for compliance with established standards and coordinate any necessary corrections with project leadership.

  • Serve as the internal point of contact for external BIM, technology, data-delivery, and technical standards consultants.

  • Evaluate software, plugins, and technical workflows based on their potential to improve quality, coordination, and project delivery.

  • Work with leadership to prioritize process improvements, pilot new approaches, measure their effectiveness, and refine standards based on staff feedback and project outcomes.

  • Provide leadership with updates on technical risks, implementation progress, training needs, and recommended improvements.
