Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and align with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and skills in Clarity PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate. Strong knowledge of Agile, product management, and DevOps is preferred.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with five to eight or more years of relevant experience
Experience leading portfolio governance and strategic planning initiatives
Proven ability to analyze business cases, financials, and KPIs

Responsibilities

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and executives
Oversee intake, approval, and tracking processes across the product life cycle
Develop and present executive dashboards and portfolio reporting
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadmaps
