Job summary

Wonder in Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager, Software & Robotics to streamline development, align engineering teams, and drive execution. You will embed with our core software team, run sprint planning, manage backlogs, track timelines and roadmaps, and communicate initiatives to other groups at Wonder.

As you master our software delivery, your scope will expand into cross-functional product management, owning timelines that connect software milestones with hardware and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or systems-focused field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years delivering engineering workflows or technical projects.
• Strong Agile/SDLC knowledge with a passion for structured processes.
• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence and ability to visualize timelines.
• Excellent organization and clear, accessible documentation.
• Proven ability to bridge software and hardware/operations teams.
• Genuine interest in robotics and complex physical products.

Responsibilities

• Own Software Sprint Lifecycles including planning, kickoff, standups, backlogs, and retrospectives.
• Translate milestones into detailed execution schedules aligned with master timelines.
• Maintain Jira/Confluence and share status updates clearly with internal teams.
• Gradually scale scope to support the broader Infinite Makeline product.
• Adopt a high-ownership mindset, handling admin tasks and documentation.
• Potentially expand to culinary testing, training materials, and feature rollouts.
