Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Project Manager, Software & Robotics to streamline development, align engineering teams, and drive execution. You will own sprint planning, backlogs, timelines, and roadmaps, collaborating with Wonder’s core software engineering team.

As you grow, you’ll expand into broader product-level project management, coordinating cross-functional timelines for the Infinite Makeline product and partnering with hardware teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or systems-focused field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience facilitating engineering workflows, coordinating sprint cycles, or managing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Software Sprint Lifecycles: establish and run the day-to-day cadence for the software engineering team, including sprint planning and daily standups.
• Manage Timelines & Track Progress: translate milestones into detailed execution schedules aligning tasks with master timeline.
• Architect Admin & Tooling Frameworks: keep Jira and Confluence organized and reflect true project status for clear updates.
• Bridge to the Infinite Makeline Product: scale scope to support cross-functional timelines linking software with hardware milestones.
• Embrace a High-Ownership Mindset: handle administrative hurdles, update docs, and keep the team moving forward.
• Impact Beyond Software: potentially own/bridge culinary testing and training materials for new features.
