Yoh Services LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Data Management Technical PM for a 6+ month hybrid contract. You will lead strategic Data Management projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with leadership to drive delivery and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager, strong Agile experience, Jira/Confluence/Visio proficiency, and excellent communication to liaison with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ,4+ years working as a Technical Project Manager on larger scale projects.
• 4+ years working on Agile projects, including serving as a Scrum Master
• SQL experience a plus
• Working knowledge and experience with JIRA, Confluence, Project, and Visio

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic Data Management projects to increase efficiencies within the Technology, Measurement & Customer Engagement organizations.
• Identify, document, resolve, mitigate, and escalate program issues and risks.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions with external vendors, project teams and Oncor leadership, to remove roadblocks or address changes in scope, schedule or budget.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, facilitate daily Scrum meetings with project team members and ongoing status meetings with IT teams to ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate and document status and project plans clearly and accurately to leadership when required.
• Ensure technical solutions are sustainable and follow best practices.
• Work closely with DM Line Lead on project timelines and resource allocations; escalate issues for quick resolution.

Data Management Technical PM

6+ month contract

Downtown Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Someone who has managed technical delivery and systems implementations.
Manage multiple projects at the same time.
Putting together detailed project plans from scratch, start to finish, in MS project or another tool
Ability to work with stakeholders. Present to leadership.
JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
Working through product backlog.
Work closely with BAs to review documentation.
Excellent communication skills, heavy end user interaction.

Technical Project Manager

Primary responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager will include managing strategic Data Management projects, identifying and managing resolutions to program issues and risks, facilitating daily scrums and status meetings, managing project schedules and deliverables, identifying roadblocks and addressing changes in scope/budget using Agile methodologies.
This candidate will also be responsible for working closely with the Data Management Line Lead on project timelines and resource requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic Data Management projects to increase efficiencies within the Technology, Measurement & Customer Engagement organizations.

• Facilitate meetings and discussions with external vendors, project teams and Oncor leadership, in order to remove roadblocks or address changes in scope, schedule or budget.

• Communicate and document status and project plans clearly and accurately to both functional and program leadership when required.
• Ensure technical solutions are sustainable and follow best practices, working closely with the DM Architects and project team members.
• Work closely with DM Line Lead on project timelines, detailed deliverables and resource allocations. Escalate project / solution issues to the DM Line Lead for quick resolution.

• 4+ years working on Agile projects, including serving as a Scrum Master
