Qualifications

  • Experience driving commercial adoption within robotics, AI, ML or other technical R&D environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of robotics and AI, with the ability to engage credibly with researchers and engineers.
  • Knowledge of ROS 2, Linux, Python, perception, manipulation, locomotion, robot learning, teleoperation, simulation and robotics data collection.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with physical robotic systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven and comfortable with prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the US.
  • Engineering or research background in robotics, AI, ML, computer vision, controls or autonomous systems.
  • Existing relationships within university robotics/AI labs or corporate R&D.
  • Experience selling robotics hardware, AI infrastructure, simulation, data platforms or developer tools.
  • Open-source contributions, publications, technical presentations or involvement in the robotics/AI community.
  • Experience in an early-stage technology environment.

Technical Partnerships Manager – Humanoid Robotics

Location: California

Salary: Dependant on years of exp - $150,000 - $220,000

Type: Full-time | Permanent

Travel: US travel

The Opportunity

We are supporting an early-stage robotics organisation developing a next-generation humanoid platform for AI, robotics and physical-world research.

This is a founding go-to-market role focused on introducing the platform to leading university labs, corporate R&D teams, AI organisations and physical-AI companies across the US.

You’ll combine technical robotics knowledge with commercial ownership, taking customers from initial discovery and demonstration through evaluation, purchase, deployment and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
