Job summary

KEMARO Inc. is seeking a Technical Enablement professional to ensure partners are technically capable of deploying and operating KEMARO solutions across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.

The role focuses on onboarding, training, certification and escalation handling to reduce technical burden on Sales and Partners. You will develop technical enablement standards, support initial installations, coordinate L2 troubleshooting, and work with Customer Success, Support and Service teams to

  • Technical understanding of robotics, automation, machines or industrial equipment.
  • Installation and commissioning experience.
  • Field application / technical customer support experience.
  • Ability to train technicians and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and structured problem solving.
  • Understanding of service processes, spare parts and escalation logic.
  • Ability to document technical standards clearly.
  • Customer- and partner-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with operational pragmatism.

Position Overview

Technical Enablement ensures that partners are technically capable of dereates repeatable standards for installation, technical onboarding, certification and escalation.

Your Task
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver technical partner onboarding
  • Train and certploying, supporting and operating KEMARO solutions successfully. The role removes technical burden from Sales and Partner Managers and cify partner technicians
  • Support first installations and commissioning
  • Create technical enablement standards and documentation
  • Support demo readiness from a technical perspective
  • Define escalation paths for technical issues
  • Handle or coordinate L2 troubleshooting where needed
  • Ensure partners can manage standard site readiness, installation and basic troubleshooting
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Support and Service
  • Define what partners must be able to handle independently after ramp-up
  • Reduce ad hoc technical support from Sales and Partner Managers
  • Provide feedback to product, service and customer teams on recurring technical issues
Performance Metrics
  • Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Partners technically onboarded and certified
  • Reduction of technical escalations into Sales or Partner Management
  • Faster partner ramp-up
  • Clear technical handover and escalation process
