Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year machine operations or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and works in a safe manner.
• Self-motivated with the drive, commitment, and energy to motivate others.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.
• Excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment effectively to produce the required output while maintaining quality.
• Ensure smooth flow of product by making efficient product changes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Adhere to company standards, specifications, and policies while operating equipment.
• Produce quality mineral fiber ceiling tile products within defined parameters.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
