Phaidon International is seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant in the New York City area. You will build relationships with hiring managers, identify top talent, and manage the full recruitment process from outreach to placement. This role emphasizes a data-driven approach and rapid professional growth.

With an emphasis on training, mentorship, and a performance-driven environment, you will earn uncapped commissions from day one and target an OTE of $75k–$85k in your first year.
