Phaidon International is seeking an experienced Manager of Technical Operations Recruitment in New York City. The role focuses on growing the Technical Operations desk within DSJ Global, across North America, with an emphasis on client development, market expansion, and building a high-performing team.

You will manage relationships with manufacturing and operations clients, drive growth, mentor colleagues, and pursue leadership pathways as the desk scales.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a top-performing recruiter within manufacturing, technical operations, engineering, supply chain or related markets.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering consistent commercial results.
• Ability to mentor, coach, or influence peers and junior team members.
• Strong business development and account management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Technical Operations recruitment across North America.
• Establish DSJ Global as the premier recruitment partner for manufacturing and operations talent.
• Identify new verticals, submarkets, and geographic opportunities for expansion.
• Build market presence through client engagement, networking, and thought leadership.
• Maintain a high-performing personal billing desk while contributing to overall team growth.
