Job summary

The Program Manager, Technical Operations at Lupin's Somerset facility leads the site strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams to roll out global technical operations programs, driving process performance and alignment across manufacturing operations.

You will apply data-driven methods, lean Six Sigma, and value stream mapping to optimize solid, liquid, nasal spray and other dosage form processes, while partnering with R&D, Quality, and Engineering to meet KPIs and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Process Engineering, or similar degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is must, Black Belt certification desirable.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a process engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• PMI PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement global process improvement program and culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis using lean principles.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Material Management, Engineering to establish shared goals and KPIs.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress and budgets.
