GFiber, an Alphabet company, is seeking a Technical Operations Manager for OSP Engineering to guide FTTH network design and permitting across SFUs, MDUs, and SBUs. You will coordinate with the OSP network team on project activities and financial reporting, while ensuring vendor compliance with guidelines and standards.
Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field and 5+ years’ experience in outside plant projects, fiber infrastructure, and GIS tools (ESRI, shapefiles).

As a Technical Operations Manager, specializing in OSP Engineering, you’ll support the Network Deployment and Operations team by managing engineering practices for the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network. In your role, you will oversee the design and permitting process for SFUs, MDUs, and SBUs, while coordinating with the OSP network team on project activities and financial reporting. Additionally, you will manage vendor production to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless network design execution.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $129,600 - $142,600 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
