Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a DMC Technical Operations Lead (Level III) to oversee daily and forecasted technical support for payload systems within the Space to Ground Operations Branch. You will guide Data and Network Specialist Groups, ensure real-time problem resolution, and coordinate with NASA SSO and MOI program management.

Ideal candidates have a related four-year degree and at least five years of related experience, along with the ability to obtain and maintain government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, planned, and forecasted technical support of payload support systems and facility class payloads.
• Supervise the DMC Specialist Groups (Data Specialists, Network Specialists) as they support assigned areas.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of onboard C&DH and C&T system components and assist in resolving anomalies during real-time operations.
• Interface with Space Systems Operations (SSO) NASA and Contractor Management, MOI contract Program Manager.
• Participate in Tiger Teams and Special Study groups as needed.
• Authorize timesheets for DMC Specialist Groups.
