Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Configuration and Data Management specialist for the Lunar Permanence program. You will implement CM policies, manage data constructs, and collaborate with product teams to deliver timely, accurate data for CDRLs and SDRLs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related technical or liberal arts discipline or equivalent with 5+ years job experience in the field.
• 1+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment (aerospace, nuclear, government, medical device, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Implement Configuration and Data Management policies, procedures, and standards for human rated spaceflight.
• Provide timely data management services for all data types with product teams.
• Craft new processes and procedures related to Data Management and deliverables (CDRLs).
• Ensure CM rules meet customer requirements and manage supplier data.
• Manage data structures and program libraries for easy access and retrieval.
• Train engineers on CM processes and work instructions.
• Establish effective communication with major stakeholders.
• Support change control to document risks and impacts.
• Identify system and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
