Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a DMC Technical Operations Lead (Level III) to manage daily and forecasted payload support activities for space systems. You will oversee specialist groups, maintain onboard system knowledge, and coordinate with NASA and contractor management. This role blends technical leadership and administrative duties, including merit reviews, meetings, and PMR inputs.

U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required, with preference for ISO/AS9100

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience or training.
• US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.
• Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 is preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, planned, and forecasted technical support of payload systems and facility class payloads.
• Supervise DMC Specialists and guide Data/Network Specialists as needed.
• Interface with NASA SSO and MOI Contract PM and participate in Tiger Teams if required.
• Prepare and deliver inputs to SSO Level II manager for PMRs and timesheet approvals.
