Job summary

You will create slick sheets and short videos as needed, write procedures, and ensure progress is reported to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Coordinating vendor relationships, procurement, or software licensing.
• Travel and expense management processes.
• Financial planning and forecasting, including tracking spending against budget.
• Prior experience in an engineering/technical organization.
• Strong public speaking with ability to translate complex technical work.
• Familiarity with drafting standard operating procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak to vendors and coordinate software licensing and services.
• Coordinate travel and expense reports for the team.
• Coordinate weekly budget planning and forecasting for the team.
• Conduct weekly scrum meetings and track tasks.
• Sync with the Advanced Technology Manager and report status.
• Maintain SOPs and lightweight technical documentation for the team.
• Represent team work through clear communication and storytelling.
• Create supporting content such as slick sheets, video demos, and animations.
