ABOUT THE TEAM

As our team expands, we are seeking Technical Operations Engineers who thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑changing threat landscapes. This role can support any of our divisions and may be located at one of our several offices.

ABOUT THE JOB

As part of Anduril’s Technical Operations team, you will deploy and support our products worldwide, working closely with engineering teams to improve them over time. You will coach teammates and customers, advise account managers, and communicate product refinement recommendations to engineering.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support military defense projects by executing technical operations, conducting field maintenance, providing customer field support and training
• Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments, driving them to resolution
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive operational and logistical plans for various events
• Pre‑configure systems and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues in real‑time, applying analytical thinking and hands‑on problem‑solving skills
• Administer and maintain Linux systems across all of our products, serving as a subject‑matter expert in systems administration
• Conduct incident response root‑cause analyses (RCAs) for defense systems in the field
• Conduct post‑incident reviews and implement preventive measures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of strong problem‑solving experience in unstructured environments at the interface of hardware, software, and networking
• Demonstrated ability to train peers or customers on product operation
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams and external customers, reconciling differing opinions toward consensus
• Proficient in hands‑on assembly, repair, and maintenance of technical hardware in the field
• Ability to travel to remote regions up to two months at a time (up to 75% of the year)
• Ability to relocate as needed
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance
• Eligible for DoW SkillBridge Program

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. in computer science, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related technical field
• Ability to develop complex operational and logistics plans for rapid movement of people and equipment over long distances and unfamiliar locations
• Prior military or overseas contracting experience
