Job summary

Two Six Technologies in the DMV area is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Engineer to serve as a technical SME for government customers and military partners. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and local residency with willingness to work up to five days weekly at U.S.

Gov facilities or the Two Six Herndon facility. The incumbent will deploy and operate warfighting solutions, develop data visualizations via SQL, preprocess data with Python, and support on-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL for data processing and visualization.
• 2+ years of Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with scripting using Python, or similar dynamic languages.
• Experience deploying, managing, troubleshooting servers on secure networks.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, specifically in a government or military context.
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and diagnostics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven project management skills, including tracking milestones.
• Willingness to travel greater than 15%.
• Current Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL to develop custom data visualizations to support mission requirements.
• Receive, analyze, preprocess, and ingest data into the product data model using Python.
• Deploy, configure, and administer product servers on unclassified and classified networks.
• Provide on-site customer support, diagnostics, and repair of systems.
• Establish, measure, and achieve customer metrics and satisfaction.
• Communicate client feature requests to project teams.
