Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Cyber Mission Analyst based onsite in Arlington, VA. You will translate operational needs into executable cyber approaches, develop mission schemes, and lead technical demonstrations for government customers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on offensive/defensive cyber experience, strong judgment, and the ability to communicate with operators and engineers. You will collaborate across teams to deliver capable solutions and refine processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in offensive/defensive cyber operations or related intelligence missions.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows, networks, and cyber operations workflows.
• Understanding of ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and OPSEC constraints.
• Ability to translate mission objectives into technical approaches and workflows.
• Experience delivering and leading technical demonstrations.
• Ability to work with engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Proven collaboration across operators, engineers, developers, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop cyber schemes of maneuver translating objectives into executable approaches.
• Engage with government agencies to understand needs, user stories, and mission outcomes.
• Build and deliver credible demonstrations showing deployable capabilities.
• Understand TST capabilities, architectures, workflows, and communicate them to audiences.
• Collaborate with software developers to translate feedback into technical requirements.
• Apply offensive and defensive cyber ops to integrate capabilities into missions.
• Troubleshoot issues during demonstrations, exercises, testing, and customer-facing activities.
• Capture feedback to inform development priorities and improvements.
• Document SOPs and workflows, identifying process improvements.
