Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–3 years in technical operations, business operations, data analytics, or finance.
• Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with data, reporting, or dashboards preferred.
• SQL knowledge preferred.
• Vendor management and procurement experience preferred.
• Strong analytical foundation and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Technical Operations and Finance, aligning priorities and data.
• Partner with data-collecting technical teams to support reporting needs.
• Create dashboards and analyses using AI-enabled tools to reveal insights.
• Prepare clear reporting translating technical activity into financial info.
• Support vendor management and contract activities including renewals.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve visibility into technical spending and forecasting.
• Learn Lightcast’s data collection and reporting processes over time.
