Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-3 years in technical operations, business operations, data analytics, finance, or related area.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with data, reporting, or dashboards preferred.
• SQL knowledge preferred.
• Vendor management and procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Technical Operations and Finance, aligning priorities and data.
• Partner with data teams to understand data collection and how it supports reporting.
• Create dashboards and analyses turning data into insights for leadership.
• Prepare clear reports translating technical activity into financial information.
• Support vendor management, contract activities, including renewals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve visibility into tech spending for forecasting.
• Learn Lightcast's processes to provide increasingly independent support.
