Technical Operations Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL (On-site)

A leading proprietary trading firm is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to maintain and support critical trading systems. You’ll ensure system uptime, manage tech infrastructure, and provide hands-on support to users across global offices.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain production trading systems and manage change control processes
2. Provide desktop support (hardware/software), user provisioning, and conference room tech
3. Evaluate and implement hardware/software solutions
4. Manage tech inventory and support business initiatives
5. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements:

1. U.S. citizen living in Chicagoland and able to commute daily
2. Strong Windows Server/11, Active Directory, and Linux experience
3. Solid understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and related protocols
4. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills

Preferred:

1. Intune and mobile device management experience
2. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
3. Basic SQL or relational database knowledge

Compensation:

Base Salary: $100,000–$170,000 + annual bonus
