Job summary

Peraton in McLean, VA seeks a senior technical operations professional to identify technical solutions and provide support to mission partners. You will coordinate operations, advise on technical actions, and help secure approvals for customer missions.

Required TS/SCI with Polygraph; 8+ years with BS/BA or 6+ with MS/MA; counter-terrorism and MEI-type experience preferred. The salary range is $112,000–$179,000, with potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Understanding/experience using technology to support the customer's technical operations.
• Requires at least 2 years of experience supporting the counter-terrorism mission.
• Requires at least 5 years of MEI type support.
• Desire a technical undergraduate degree.
• Desire experience supporting the customer in the field or desire a customer operations certificate.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
