Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in the metal industry.
• Print reading required; CAD or drafting experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
• MS Office skills required, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of geometry, strong math skills, and a technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and qualify customer documents such as prints, CAD files, and specifications.
• Full understanding of tolerances, materials, specifications, and processing options that will guide a robust metal supply chain creation.
• Manage part-specific supply chains by utilizing internal and external processing assets to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
• Estimate material, labor, and delivery options on a part-level basis and develop contract pricing templates based on awarded work.
• Evaluating sales proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization's quality standards.
• Conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer-specific prices.
• All other duties as assigned.
