• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and support objectives.
• Develop and maintain sales tools, product documentation, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor pricing trends, competitive positioning, and market dynamics to support growth.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and standards for customer activities.
• Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry events to gather market intelligence.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic and operational decisions.
