- Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

- Support production through daily technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Drive capacity expansion through process optimization and automation.
- Lead quality, waste reduction, reliability, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Support modernization and capital project execution.
- Develop technical capabilities within maintenance and operations teams.
- Apply engineering principles and analytics to improve manufacturing performance.
