Job summary

Corus International is seeking a Technical Manager, MERL in Washington, DC. This hybrid role focuses on coordinating MERL activities, leading tool development, and ensuring data quality across the portfolio including DRC, Ethiopia, Mali and South Sudan.

You will manage SOWs, invoices, and workstreams, while coordinating with the Senior Director and Core Program Team. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years MERL experience.
• Experience with USG-funded programs (USAID/DoS/CDC).
• Experience drafting SOWs and managing consultant contracts.
• Strong Excel data cleaning, organization and basic analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MERL activities across multiple country portfolios.
• Develop schedules, dashboards, and RACIs; manage budgets and invoicing.
• Lead literature reviews and synthesis to inform technical approaches.
• Design and QA data collection tools and templates across teams.
• Provide guidance and support to country MERL teams on instrument design.
