Katalyst CRO seeks a Care Technical Manager (CaTM) to lead core network initiatives for mobile telecom deployments. You will apply deep expertise in LTE/5G, CNF/VNF, and edge cloud, while coordinating OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related platforms to ensure robust, scalable services.

Qualifications include strong TCP/IP, routing, network security, and experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Customer-facing responsibilities and 24/7 on-call support are expected.

Qualifications

• Core Network expertise for mobile telecomm, LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G and CNF/VNF.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, security, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, MAP, Diameter.
• Experience with Telco/public cloud and edge cloud environments.
• Hands-on with OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms; CBIS/OCP/NRHO experience noted.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, routers and firewalls.
• Experience with server/storage vendors (Airframe, HPE, Dell, EMC).
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos; DevOps and GitOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud MOo processes and Salesforce ticketing.

Responsabilités

• Configure and troubleshoot OpenStack and Kubernetes deployments.
