Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Technical Management Analyst to support systems engineering (SE) and testing and evaluation (T&E) programs for the DHS mission.

The role focuses on creating precise technical documents, manuals, guides, and online content for technical and non-technical audiences. Based at SPA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA, with regular visits to VA and DC customer sites, the analyst will edit, organize, and manage content according to defined standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both in written and verbal formats, with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain DHS Suitability.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, accurate technical documentation and communications.
• Research and analyze complex technical information and translate for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Organize and write material to defined standards of clarity and style; select visuals and produce manuals, guides, reports, and online content.
• Edit and review documents for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance; support content creation and management on web/network platforms.
