Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, with technical education preferred, along with 3–5 years of relevant field experience. Proficiency in lift planning software and strong communication skills are essential. Regional travel is required based on project scope.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field experience in crane, rigging, heavy lift, construction, or related industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of lifting principles, rigging methods, and jobsite risk considerations.
• Ability to develop detailed lift plans and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational and commercial risks during site evaluations.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments to validate project scope.
