Technical Leader - Hemodialysis - Detroit Northwest Lahser - 40 Hours/Week

You'll partner with the Medical Director, Administrative Manager, and Nurse Manager to orchestrate all the technical magic that keeps our dialysis care running smoothly. Think of yourself as the go-to problem-solver who ensures every piece of equipment performs at its peak, troubleshoots like a pro, and keeps our patients and staff confident that everything's working flawlessly. You'll own the technical excellence of your assigned unit—from preventive maintenance to innovative solutions—making sure our dialysis operations are nothing short of exceptional!

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Two years dialysis experience required. Requires 1) Minimum of associate's degree in science or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree. Current certification as dialysis technician or current LPN license in the state of Michigan OR 2) Associates degree in electronics/biomedical technology, or two years equivalent experience, to include military, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), or industry recognized technical training program; proven mechanical aptitude and analytical skills for understanding electronic circuitry and for trouble-shooting biomedical/electronic equipment; and proven use of basic electronic testing equipment. Completion of a B.M.E.T. internship is preferred.
