Nightwing seeks an experienced Technical Lead to set architectural direction for the unified AMS/FIPE platform. You will shape engineering standards, guide microservices and containerization, and ensure secure, scalable solutions for government mission needs.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture, DevSecOps oversight, and collaboration across teams, with frequent travel to NCR and San Antonio. TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent substitution).
• 14+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with workflow orchestration engines and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with UML 2.x and architecture documentation standards.
• 5+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; must be U.S. citizen.

The Technical Lead ensures technical coherence across all development efforts, defines engineering standards, and guides the team in implementing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that meet mission requirements.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
