Job summary

The successful candidate will mentor junior engineers, drive process improvements, and play a key role in advancing toward senior technical and leadership positions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Independently own and deliver engineering work products on assigned projects.
• Perform and review calculations, specs, and construction documents.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, standards and internal QA requirements.
• Serve as a technical problem-solver for complex design challenges.
• Sign and seal work as required and coordinate with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution and deliverables across projects.
• Drive scheduling and forecasting with project managers and ops.
• Track milestones and progress for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate scope and priorities with internal stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and partners.
• Mentor staff engineers and support process improvements.
