Job summary

Litera, a leading legal tech software company, is seeking a Technical Lead, Software Engineering in Denver. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days a week to collaborate on cloud-native, AI-powered solutions for law firms.

You will drive architecture, code quality, and mentorship across teams, while delivering scalable software and advancing AI capabilities. Bachelor's in CS and 6+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and AWS are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack background.
• Front-end: TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Backend: .NET or Laravel.
• Experience designing and scaling cloud-native apps in AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

• Drive the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions that support Litera’s product strategy and long-term growth.
• Lead the technical execution of key initiatives, ensuring architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices enable sustainable innovation.
