Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sensor Integration Engineer to serve as the technical lead for integrating and validating force protection sensing technologies for the Rock Island Arsenal Increased Access OTA Prototype. You will work with radar, EO/IR, LiDAR, EW, and other sensors to deliver an integrated, field-ready protection ecosystem while coordinating with software, field operations, and subcontractor teams.

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD program experience.
• Experience leading systems integration across multiple sensor domains.
• Demonstrated field deployment and operational testing.

Responsibilities

• Integrate force protection sensors into a unified architecture.
• Configure radar, EO/IR, LiDAR, EW, and access control systems.
• Coordinate sensor configuration with software and systems teams.
• Conduct field integration testing and validation.
• Support end-to-end operational workflow validation.
