Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software systems. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural decision-making and team leadership to deliver secure, maintainable solutions across platforms.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience.
TS/SCI with Poly clearance Day 1.
Experience using Git for software configuration management.
Experience across BSD/Linux/Unix, Windows, macOS, Android, or embedded systems.
Ability to reverse engineer (RE) code.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design, implementation, testing, analysis, and debugging of software systems.
Provide architectural guidance and direction to development teams.
Review and mentor code to ensure security, quality, and performance.
Drive use of Git and CI pipelines.
Oversee integration of CI pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Support development across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and embedded environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
