Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Technical Lead – TS/MS at the Lebanon Advanced Therapies (LP2) site in Lebanon, IN. The role oversees clinical and commercialization activities for gene therapy products, including technology transfer, validation, and production of drug substances and products.

You will work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with Lilly standards and prepare technical documentation for submissions.

Qualifications

• BS in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing
• 1+ year of experience with new product submission and filing

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing principles for intermediates, bulk drug substances, and gene therapy products
• Provide technical knowledge to identify manufacturing approaches for new products
• Lead technology transfer and risk management activities (FMEA)
• Own Tech Transfer strategy for the LP2 site and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams throughout commercialization process
• Prepare and review technical documents and submissions as required
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
