Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
• Strong background in multi-agent optimization and real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the Autonomous Behaviors and Agents team.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, enforcing coding standards and design reviews.
• Guide multi-agent optimization algorithms for distributed decision-making and planning.
• Direct development of temporal logic frameworks and constraint-satisfaction algorithms.
• Translate mission needs into technical priorities with stakeholders.
